Klenner Murphy Electrical engaged us to provide mentoring and assistance to their project managers to deliver a $30M electrical package in line with tight project timelines. We mentored the project manager in better management, control and monitoring of the large labour force over a huge area (approximately 25 kilometres) and included the electrical, communications and security services to 7 new train stations and a new marshalling yard.
The project was delivered on time and under budget and within the allocated hours.
