Founded in 2004 by Felicia Nash
Originally operating as RJB Queensland, our organisation was formed over a decade ago to meet the growing demands of electrical contractors. Back then, we assisted electrical contractors in compiling operation & maintenance manuals (O&M Manuals) and drafting of as-constructed drawings, as per their contractual obligations for commercial, domestic and industrial construction projects.
In 2008, Brett Nash joined forces with his wife to expand RJB’s services
When Brett joined the RJB family, he brought decades of electrical and construction industry experience to the table. Some of his most notable tenures were:
- 14 years spent operating his own successful electrical contracting company
- 8 years working in senior management for a publicly listed electrical contracting organisation
With twice the skills and double the passion, RJB began offering our complete as-constructed drafting and O&M Manual services to a wider range of contractors across various sectors, including but not limited to: mechanical, audio visual, hydraulic, wet & dry fire protection and security, as well as providing these services to builders, covering the O&M requirements of complete construction projects.

We also specialise in electrical estimating and project management services.
An impressive portfolio, RJB has assisted a plethora of small, medium and large-sized electrical contracting businesses with our short and long-term estimating and project management requirements, as well as Tier 1 and 2 building contractors to provide service management on high-profile commercial construction projects.
RJB Queensland goes nationwide
In 2020, we renamed RJB Queensland to RJB Australia to reflect our ever-expanding nation-wide customer base. We will continue to provide the same high-quality level of service and offer the same cost-effective product that our customers have come to rely on.
2021 was our 17th year of operation, and a testament to our commitment to the industry and our customers.
